Please post your survey question suggestions below each heading. We discussed at the meeting on March 18th that the surveys should be short, perhaps about 5 questions for each survey, so please post whatever you think are appropriate questions and then we can collaborate on this wiki to combine/edit/add etc. You may wish to take a quick look at a surveycurrently being prepared a CTL committee as some of the questions may be relevant for the faculty survey questions.
